What is ORO?
ORO ("gold" in Spanish) is an Israeli chocolate brand of handmade filled chocolate tablets, made in small, limited batches. Each tablet has a premium chocolate shell, a rich filling, and a glossy gold finish.
Which chocolates are available now?
The base collection has three signature tablets: white chocolate with pistachio-halva cream, milk chocolate with caramel and salted peanuts, and dark chocolate with peanut butter and Bamba. Limited drops appear from time to time — worth following.
Is the chocolate handmade?
Yes. Every batch is made by hand in limited quantities. ORO is not industrial production.
How do I order?
Choose products on the site, add to cart, continue to checkout, enter your details, and pick a payment method. After you place the order, ORO confirms on WhatsApp and coordinates handoff.
Is payment confirmed automatically?
No. Payment on the site is not confirmed automatically. After ordering, pay via Bit, PayBox, bank transfer, cash, or coordinate on WhatsApp. ORO confirms manually after reviewing the payment. Always include your order reference.
How do I pay?

Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations must be arranged as early as possible on WhatsApp. Once an order is prepared/packed, cancellation may not be possible. For any issue, contact us immediately. See our Policies page for details.
How do I receive my order?
Self-pickup or arranged delivery — all coordinated directly on WhatsApp with ORO after the order is confirmed. There is no automatic courier service. Main service area: Gan Yavne / Ashdod.
Do you deliver?
Website orders are for self-pickup in Gan Yavne by prior arrangement, or delivery to Gan Yavne and Ashdod only — coordinated via WhatsApp. No deliveries to other cities.
How do I store the chocolate?
Keep it in a cool, dry, shaded place. Don't leave it in a car or the sun. On hot/summer days, refrigerate. Before eating, take it out for a few minutes for the ideal texture.
Are there allergens?
ORO products may contain or come into contact with milk, peanuts, tree nuts, pistachio, sesame, gluten, and soy — depending on the product and suppliers. Anyone sensitive to allergens must check with ORO before ordering. The site makes no allergen-free guarantee.
Are your products kosher?
Our filled bars are kosher — produced in a certified kosher chocolate kitchen. Our other chocolates are handmade in-house: all ingredients are kosher, though without certification. For further questions, reach out to us on WhatsApp.
Can I order a gift box?
Yes. You can build a personal gift box on the site — choose flavours, packaging, and a greeting. See the Gift Box page.
Can I order for an event?
Absolutely. We put together boxes and gifts for events — weddings, company events, birthdays and client gifts — including a custom selection and a greeting card. For larger quantities it's worth contacting us in advance so we can schedule it. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll build a quote together.
Can I stock ORO or become a reseller?
