Pickup policy
How, when and where you receive your order.
Self-pickup
Orders are collected from Gan Yavne, by prior arrangement. At checkout you choose a pickup window from the options shown, and we confirm on WhatsApp as soon as the order is ready. Please don't come before you've had that confirmation — every order is made to order, and the confirmation is what guarantees it's waiting for you.
Delivery
Delivery is available to Gan Yavne and Ashdod only, by prior arrangement. If you're outside those areas, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
Payment
Payment is by Bit, PayBox or cash on collection. After you place an order we send a payment link, and confirm on WhatsApp once the order is registered.
Changing or cancelling an order
Because every order is made specially for you, please let us know as early as you can about a change or cancellation. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it out — as long as the order hasn't gone into preparation, it can still be changed or cancelled. Cancellations are subject to Israel's Consumer Protection Law; note that fresh food products are in some cases excluded from the right of cancellation.
