Filled chocolate is sensitive to heat. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. On hot summer days, refrigerate. Before eating, let sit a few minutes for the filling to return to its ideal texture.

Cool temperature

Store between 16–20°C. Avoid sharp temperature changes.

Dry & shaded

Keep away from humidity, direct light, and strong odours.

Never in a car

Never leave in a car, a bag in the sun, or anywhere above 24°C.

Summer: refrigerate

On hot days refrigerate. Before eating, let sit 5 minutes at room temperature.

The gold finish

The gold finish may be affected by heat, moisture, or direct handling — this is a natural property of premium hand-decorated chocolate, not a defect. Keep it in the original packaging until serving.
