What we collect, what it's used for, and how it's kept safe.
What information we collect
When you place an order we collect what we need in order to handle it: name, phone number, email address and the order details themselves. If you create an account we also keep your account details and order history. If you opted in to marketing, we record that consent and when it was given.
How the information is used
We use it to process your order and coordinate pickup or delivery, to update you on your order status, and to answer enquiries. Order information also drives the loyalty punch card and helps us improve the service. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Marketing messages and consent
Marketing messages are sent only to people who opted in, in line with Israel's Communications Law. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also change the preference at any time from your account page, or contact us directly. Operational messages about an existing order (confirmation, status, pickup coordination) are not marketing and are sent regardless.
Storage, security and service providers
Data is held on secured servers and access is limited to the ORO team. We rely on service providers needed to run the site and orders (hosting, email delivery, payment), and each receives only the information required for that service. Order records are retained for as long as needed for operations, customer service and the record-keeping duties required by law.
Your rights and contact
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we are legally required to keep. For any privacy request or question, contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll handle it promptly.
